Everyday the pervasiveness of injustice in our society is apparent. More and more people are becoming victimized by outside factors; abuse, acts of terror and violence, natural disasters, bullying, oppression, inequality and systems that are failing our world. These injustices are not discriminating against one particular race, sex, income bracket, age group or culture but has affected everyone from all walks of life and all ages.  Globally we are feeling the impact of the challenges we face as a whole, contributing to increases of mental illness, anxiety, depression, physical diseases, addictions and suicides.

As a society facing so many layers of challenges, the ability to constructively define solutions to these problems has become more and more complex and has created further division amongst those offering resolutions. In an ever-changing, ever-challenging global society, the need to elevate our current perspectives, envision new outcomes, and empower ourselves with new tools to constructively take action becomes crucial to uniting society and collectively igniting the human potential.
